We are not responsible for carrier's damage. Customers need to file a claim with the carriers that delivers the package. And notified us if you don't receive your package. No sales are final items. Returned items must be in the original packaging. Customers will be charging 10% restocking fee. Returns are for 30 days only. Customer provides return shipping.
